This item is absolute junk. It's so bad, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The construction is shoddy, and the design are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd purchased something functional instead. Sav
